I absolutely LOVE graze. Whenever I come to Walla Walla for work, I come to graze at least several times for lunch. My favorites on the menu are the pepper jack chicken sandwich or the pepper jack salad. I also love their soups- I believe they rotate daily, and all of the ones I've had are so yummy. There is a great little outdoor area to sit. The restaurant does get pretty crowded during lunch time, so come early! you can also get your food to go. They have a nice little assortment of dry sodas and other fancier type drinks which are really good. Love this place!!

A sandwich can be two pieces of bread holding something in between. But this place knows what it takes to get way past meh. Gently toasted bread with the freshest of vegetables and fixings. Lots of care here.

  • Chris F.

I got the pastrami which was pretty good, it came with chips or salad. I should have chose the salad as the chips were kind of bland. Three stars due to atmosphere and the inability of the staff to distribute meat in all areas of the sandwich. There was a plethora of meat but unfortunately it was in a big ball located right in the middle then cut in half making it difficult to redistribute. Maybe that's being a little picky but how hard can it be, it's a sandwich not brain surgery.

Awesome place for lunch. The food is always fresh and tasty. You should definitely try the sexy time panini. The service is good and reasonable price

Stopped by this place on the way out of town. The place was packed. We almost didn't stay. I am really glad we did. My wife and I loved our sandwiches. This isn't a subway. Sandwhiches are well thought out and well executed.

I remember Graze as delicious, but now with an outdoor eating area, and some top notch choices on their menu, they are stellar and a top contender for the perfect lunch spot - hip but not pretentious, local-esque in ingredients, affordable for what you get. Check out this salad!

  • Ally B.

Tried the flank steak torta, and it was phenomenal. Just the right blend of spicy sauce with jalapeños, and savory with plenty of avocado. But that's not surprising considering everything I've tried off the menu is great. Price is reasonable, ingredients are fresh, service is friendly. Other good options: turkey pear, pulled pork torta, and the pepper jack chicken. It's my once a week eating-out reward.

Just as good as I remember it. Graze is one of the three good restaurants in Walla Walla. Almost every one of their sandwiches is a winner. The veggie torta is fresh, fully loaded, and consumable by all. The bahn mi is one of my favorite sandwiches ever. Usually packed at peak (read lunch) hours. Graze almost makes you forget that the closest city is four hours away. I'll say that this food helped with my fear and self-loathing in Walla Walla quite a bit.

  • David V.

Graze is a small hole in the wall joint hidden on a side street just off the main drag in Walla Walla. I have been here twice and both times were impressive. My favorite was the first time , I ordered a seasonal dish, asparagus panini. Fresh local asparagus, melty cheese , artisan bread brushed with garlic butter, seared to perfection. They asked if I would like bacon as well, at no extra charge! yes please! friendly hard working local joint with creative foods at fair prices. I can't wait to get back to try something else.

  • Wendy V.

Quick efficient service. I bet this place gets packed for lunch! We were early, about 11. We had the sexy thyme panini and it was just that, sexy. Grilled chicken, cheese, thyme. Mmmm. We also had a bowl of the tomato soup which was some of the best I'd ever had. If I lived here, I'd come all the thyme.

  • Micah D.

This is functional simplicity at its best. No nonsense, delicious food saved up by friendly, happy people in a clean cheerful environment. I highly recommend.

  • Jeanna D.

A great place to have lunch! Their sandwiches are so good! They have seasonal panini that are always amazing, and their regular menu always has something awesome. I love the sexy thyme panini, and the veggie torta! Their salads are also great, and the staff is always friendly and fast.

  • Samuel C.

These sandwiches will never disappoint. I'd recommend the pulled pork torta, the sexy time with extra sprouts, or their cobb salad.

  • Scott N.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the food as it was very fresh and tasty. We both shared the Banh Mi and Pepper Jack Chicken sandwiches. Both sandwiches had a ton of flavor, but I enjoyed the unique spiciness from each one. The fresh bread on the sandwiches clinched the deal for me as it was crunchy and had a ton of flavor. The meats and veggies were succulent and the salad was a nice addition. My only complaint was that my daughter's peanut butter and jelly sandwich was a bit small for the price, but she consumed it right up. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

We had a packed-lunch from Graze on a recent wine tour in Walla Walla. The sandwiches were excellent, but the chocolate brownie blew me away. I had just finished my sandwich (a veggie, with ample fresh avocado), and saw the tiny brownie in the bag. I normally wouldn't eat the desert in a packed lunch. It's often superfluous, and not very good anyway. Still, the sandwich was great. So maybe it's good? After noting what a small serving the brownie was, I took a bite. It was amazing. Light, but very chocolatey, and the top was still gooey. By the time I had really registered how great it was, it was gone (two bites). It was like they had already imagined the experience of someone enjoying one of their sandwiches, and then wondering, as I did, if they should bother trying desert. What a treat.

  • Julia V.

Pretty standard sandwich shop. I ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup. The soup tasted bad, not sure if it is made fresh or not but this is the first tomato soup I've ever had that I didn't like. The grilled cheese was fine, but nothing special. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the place is very nice.

  • Barnali D.

This place was a great Yelp find! I loved my veggie avocado sandwich with a side salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and healthy! My dad liked his pepper jack chicken sandwich a lot, and my fiancé liked his "Sexy Time" panini (chicken, bacon, Carmelized onions, and chili flakes), and lemongrass salad! The service was friendly and reasonably efficient. It was also nice that they had a self service complimentary water station. Loved our visit! Wish we had a place like this back home in the Mission in SF!

  • Pam B.

The turkey bacon panini was awful, soggy. The help not friendly. Not sure why everyone is raving about this place.

    (2)
  • Stephen S.

This is a fabulous local spot for sandwiches and salads. If you're in Walla Walla or Kinnewick (they have two locations) and have time for lunch, don't miss it. I had the Sexy Time pannini ... rich, flavorful and fabulous (didn't feel so "sexy" afterward, but it sure was DELISH) :)

    (5)
  • Mark J.

Delicious sandwiches. I had the turkey and bacon panini, my husband had the pulled pork torta. Both were great! The salads look amazing. Busy place for a Tuesday lunch hour. Call ahead and order or get thee before noon.

    (4)
  • Lisbeth B.

I love this sandwich shop! It's always my first choice for lunch. They don't have very many vegetarian options but I always get the portobello mushroom panini so I don't mind at all. The atmosphere is great and everyone who works here is friendly!

    (5)
  • Nathan V.

Solid sandwich place. Nothing spectacular. Not sure what all the raves are about. Had the turkey cucumber and a bite of turkey avocado. Pricing seems a little steep. Yes local, but $8.50 for a sandwich from a counter just seems precious.

  • Sydney K.

So fricken good! Graze was one of my go-to spots for quick, yummy food, both the sit down location near Main Street and the drive-thru further south. What started as a one person catering company became a catering/sandwich spot dual threat, and both are quite delicious. I can personally vouch for the Roasted Pear (panini and salad), Turkey Jack, and Turkey Avocado, though most everything looked good there. I love that I never felt gypped on cheese on my sandwiches, which is an important thing for all of us cheese lovers in this world. There isn't always quick service and there was an instance where the staff decided to stop cooking half an hour before closing time (which I understand but is still frowned upon in the culinary world). I still enjoyed my experiences with Graze, but let it be known that you may encounter hiccups on that front. The winery I worked at got catering from Graze for our final party and the food was quite good. Roasted veggies, pork roast, a big salad, bread, and this amazing polenta dish were on the menu, and I was quite pleased. I left completely satiated, which was a good thing since I was on a mission involving lots of drinking. Overall, a good place with delicious sandwiches and a good story. I'm a fan!

    (4)
  • Dave S.

Amazing flank steak torta!!! Best sandwich I've ever had, and the pear salad was out of this world. Will be visiting again before we leave town!

    (5)
  • Jennie N.

This place is unique and delicious. I've had their pear salad and the lemongrass salad, both are wonderful. You can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches but sexy time and the turkey bacon panini are tried and true. I'll be back here as often as I can get to Walla Walla!

    (5)
  • Jenn S.

There are places in life that leave an indelible mark and this place was it! I have to give a shout out to Matt at Allegro Cyclery for the recommendation. The flat iron steak sandwich is out if this world. The bread was a perfect soft sourdough, the meat tender, not tough, thinly sliced easy to eat. The peppers and pesto were proportioned to the exact amount for each bite. Even the provolone tasted better than anything I've had. My husband and I would agree it was the best sandwich we each have eaten in our lifetime! ( we are in our 40's). Don't stop, run here and get this sandwich for a day of wine tasting or the car ride home. Literally rocked my world!

    (5)
  • Wendy P.

I had the turkey bacon panini with avocado and upgraded to a pear salad. Only complaint was it was too much food and I had to take half home. Otherwise, delish! Highly recommend the salad. Very filling. Nice staff. Nice outdoor family seating area in the sun. A bit pricy at $13 with tip but as they say you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

    (5)
  • Chelsey S.

Three words: Pulled Pork Torta. It's heaven. Ohhh! And the Pear Salad is a great option if you want something more on the green side. This place is amazing and always has been in my opinion. It's small, it's quaint and simply good. I do love the drive thru though, and I am so glad they put a Graze on that side of town. It's helpful and fast! Keep it up, Graze! XX

    (5)
  • Erin G.

Delicious little gem that's perfect for lunch. I had the lemongrass salad with chicken- very fresh ingredients and great balance of flavor. My husband had the Reuben and declared it one of the best sandwiches he's ever had. We'll be back for sure!

    (5)
  • Catherine D.

Great sandwiches and soup. My pulled pork torta was amazing but a little more food than I needed. My husband's poblano tomato soup was delicious. Definitely want to go back to try the Cobb salad. It looked great.

    (4)
  • Jon V.

Had the Veggie Torta. This thing was HUGE. Never saw it coming. Great flavor. Perfect heat. Fresh and like nothing I've had. Would for sure come back. Ps. Staff was super friendly #bonus

  • Carmen V.

This place is made of win. Chicken Pepper jack. Flanksteak Torta. Pastrami. All amazing.

    (5)
  • Darren F.

Very disappointed with the pulled pork torta. Nice decor but the food was kind of bland. Heard good things but it just didn't do it for me.

  • Isaac D.

Excellent little sandwich shop. Nice variety of fresh ingredients. Nice afternoon sun through front windows to warm your legs on those chilly days.

    (4)
  • Karen H.

Delicious pear salad with turkey! The person taking my order was very helpful and efficient. And I got my lunch within five minutes of ordering!

    (5)
  • Scott A.

Wow. Can I just say that this was the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had in my life? Absolutely delicious! To take a dish that is so apparently simple... but then to season and prepare it so brilliantly... I bow to the chef!! And the accompanying tomato soup was fantastic, too! This was my favorite meal in Walla Walla (and one of the most inexpensive)!

    (5)
  • Paige F.

So good and fresh! What a refreshing stop to get a lunch here in Walla Walla. Nothing pretentious or over priced. I got the cobb salad, which was huge, and full of delicious ingredients. My daughter and husband both got sandwiches, which they gobbled down, and fully enjoyed. It was pretty much cafeteria style, so you didn't feel rushed.

    (5)
  • Jon Z.

Great pastrami sandwich. the drive thru on 9th makes it really handy to have a great lunch. text in the order from the parking lot and it's ready when I get to the widow.

    (5)
  • Jessamyn W.

Quick and tasty! The menu is a bit confusing. I ordered the Turkey Roasted Pear sandwich, which had an asterisk by it that indicated I could add a meat for extra. So, I assumed it didn't come with meat (as opposed to being roasted with turkey broth or something) and ordered it with chicken, making the waitress very confused, so I just got it with the turkey it's supposed to come with. The food came very fast and my sandwich was quite delicious. Like another reviewer pointed out, some of the employees behind the counter were having a rather loud conversation. Annoying. In general, Graze is a very good sandwich shop.

    (4)
  • John B.

C and I shared a large pastrami sandwich, which was excellent. The only negative to this delightful gem is the noise level. It's a small place with hard surfaces, so it's loud as hell. They need to add acoustical treatment to tame it down. Otherwise, the atmosphere is nice. Food: 5 Service: 5 Ambiance: 4

Found this place by accident. It is amazing! I think it is a must visit if you're in walla walla.

  • Aaron G.

I'm a photographer, so I've been to a ton of weddings in the last few years. I've enjoyed sampling the food of local caterers, but one stands out above the rest - Graze of course. The food is always amazing.

    (5)
  • Andrew R.

Great, great place for sandwiches. Had the flank steak sandwich and it was delicious, a tad too many jalapeños for my taste but I don't handle heat very well. That said it was certainly well made, the flavors balanced very nicely and the salad served with it was refreshing as well. Quite a relief after having some bad experiences in other restaurants around town. That being said I haven't tried too many here in walla walla yet but I will eventually get around to tasting most of them I hope

    (4)
  • Sarah R.

Best sandwich I have had in years! Crunchy toasted, high-quality bread, toaster oven melted cheese and bacon and avocado were perfect! So glad to have discovered Graze just sad it's in Walla Walla! Come to Portland! Oh FYI the salad comes with oil and vinegar, a little too much vinegar for my liking but still 5 star worthy!

    (5)
  • Lisa L.

Just passing through & decided to trust Yelp, once again. Wasn't disappointed. Awesome! I had the roast turkey & avocado sandwich & my hubby had the Bahnmi. Both were great & we have plenty of leftovers for dinner. Highly recommend this little sandwich shop, for any time you are in downtown Walla Walla! Ingredients are fresh & home made - No MSG. Here!

  • Charles H.

Found this place here on Yelp. Probably the best lunch place in WW. They totally "get it." Thoughtful, higher-end ingredients and menu items. Had the butternut squash panini..so good, and had a nice IPA to wash it down. Wife had the meatball sub with marinara on the side, which seemed a lot like their popular tomato soup. Not a luxurious space, more functional. Prices were fair. NB- there's a separate "drive thru" location on the way to the south side wineries. Has to be a great choice as well!

    (4)
  • Chris J.

Pulled pork is the best! I have had everything on the menu and it is all awesome, but still go back for the pulled pork.

    (5)
  • Stephanie B.

Graze is amazeballs! I crave it at LEAST twice a week. My fave is the GCHIX cold chicken sandwich on wheat, add avocado(of course) and I usually always go to the drive thru one on 9th street. They are super quick and friendly and I think you can even call or text in your order, super convenient! Oh, and did I mention everything is delicious? :)

    (5)
  • Sumant H.

We had the hot torta sandwiches. Very tasty. Graze is now on our must-stop for every future visit to Walla Walla.

    (4)
  • Ashley C.

This place is uncomfortably warm, loud, and busy at lunch time...almost headache inducing. I would recommend getting food to-go, however, the beer can only be bought if consumed inside the establishment (buzz kill). The staff seem frazzled and rushed. As for the food--paninis are rich and delicious. The butternut squash soup was also pretty tasty.

    (3)
  • Lindsey A.

Love this place!! Every time I come to Walla Walla, I have to stop here at least once for lunch. I'm in love with their tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. Their drive thru is awesome too if you're in a hurry and can't sit down and relax at the restaurant.

    (5)
  • Kenny M.

Came back the next day I couldn't resist, brought two coworkers, also loved the pork torta. I might start branching out to more of the other options but it will be hard to.

    (5)
  • Joshua Q.

I ordered the Veggie Torta without the Chipotle Mayo and Cheese and it was excellent and still had quite a bit of flavor. The torta itself was excellent. The service wasn't great and there is no waiter service (you need to clean your own dishes). The interior is stylish and functional. I will be back next time I am in town.

    (4)
  • Lou R.

I have visited both the store and drive through, and the food is very good. I say store because it not a service restaurant, you order at a counter and then sit down. They also have a outdoor seating area in the summer that is nice because the store gets crowded. Last night I stopped in for take out and had the pulled pork torta (comes with a side salad which is spring mix and grated carrot) and a bowl of veggie minestrone soup. I thought I would save half the torta for lunch but it was too tasty to stop eating, so I saved the soup. $16 with tip.

    (4)
  • Jeannette C.

I stop here every time I visit Walla Walla. I love their Flank Steak torta. It has a nice kick and great flavor. The food comes out quick and delicious. The soups and salads are also really good.

    (4)
  • Drew C.

Carrot Coconut Curry Soup! Enough said! This place is amazing. I would highly recommend it for some good down to earth food. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and when we went the food was delivered very expediently. I could see that when we were leaving it was starting to pick up. People vote with their feet and this place is obviously popular.

    (5)
  • Amy P.

This is one of my favorite places to eat! They have the best sandwiches I've ever eaten! Their turkey and pear panini has sweet grilled pears and Gorgonzola cheese, it is absolutely divine. And their turkey and avocado cold sandwich is super good. I love their turkey, it has wonderful seasoning and it tastes like the best thanksgiving turkey ever! I would highly recommend eating here if you're in town. It's a most-stop spot.

  • Paul F.

I visited Graze about two years ago during a work trip, and have been craving their Veggie Torta ever since! I just came back to town, and after having it again, I remembered what heaven tasked like and couldn't resist not posting this review. I look forward to having the same lunch for the next four days. Hands down, the greatest sandwich. Ever!

  • Kris L.

I love this place. Wish I could eat here more often. Great Great sandwich joint. I've liked everything I've ever eating here -- and the drive through is great too... (2 locations folks -- one on Colville and one on 9th Street) Pastrami Sandwich is killer -- and the LAtronka will kill you but it is a wonderful death :) The Flank steak is really good; I like the Bahn Mi but it's different than the Los Angeles style if you're familiar with that. Veggie Panini is solid too. Happy as a clam at Graze. Free food for my little boy too when I go there which is a really nice touch.

  • Sam L.

Amazing sandwiches. Great bread and fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Chairs outside as you wait for your food. Perfect place to grab sandwiches to take for a picnic to nearby Walla Walla winerys

    (5)
  • Michael P.

Consistently great. The restaurant itself is quite small, almost feeling like a cramped little diner in New York City or something. The ambience is clean and cute, with intentionally cool and quirky touches, like their record player and the funky "I make sandwich" mascot. The obvious feature is the sandwiches, but I'd encourage you to try to the salads too (Caesar with Flank Steak is good). In terms of the sandwiches, I strongly recommend the Turkey Roasted Pear. The cheesy-fruity-meaty combination is so good. A more heavy option is the Pulled Pork Torta - it's a spicy jalepeno, Southwesternish take on pulled pork. 5 stars for the little touches, like getting their bread from the Walla Walla Bread Co and sprinkling the tops of their sandwiches with salt crystals before serving.

    (5)
  • Jaylin P.

Excellent sandwiches. Lots of variety. I would love to be able to have lunch here regularly.

    (5)
  • Lindsay B.

Graze is awesome. Quick, friendly service with amazing food. Today I had the veggie torta which was hearty and full of flavor (I did order it without jalapenos as they tend to overpower the other flavors for me, but this is a personal preference). This place is definitely on my short list of lunchtime favorites. Nicely done, Graze!

    (5)
  • Louie C.

Interesting little eatery. Incredibly fresh ingredients and surprising flavor combinations. Definitely worth a try.

The turkey bacon panini is fantastic, and the homemade potato chips are also great. Love this place!

Second time visiting Walla Walla and returned here for lunch. The turkey and avocado sandwich was excellent. My wife got a customized order and everything was prepared correctly. Note that the kids PBJ is a 1/2 sandwich.

  • Sharon Q.

Where do you want to go for lunch ? Graze. Really? Ok then how about graze drive thru??? That's what I get every single time I ask! Love the sandwiches and salads. FRESH. well done, well seasoned. You're not searching for the salt and pepper or asking for extra hot sauce. Turkey bacon panini with avocado is garlic bread goodness. No skimping on the bacon. And the avo is real and not cut with a bunch of filler. The steak torta is fab, super spicy mayo, jalapeños (pickled), and the flank steak cooked to perfection. And the Bahn Mi, spicy but fresh and crunchy vegg. Roasted pear salad...yep Thanks mr and mrs Graze :) We'll be back.

  • Rocky K.

Reasonably priced with quality ingredients! My kids even cleaned their plates. Highly recommended!

pros: everything is yummy. cons: everything is yummy and i can't eat everything all at once. Anything i've ever had here was delicious, the salad with pear is always good. the veggie avocado sandwich is simple, but really delicious and filling. The portabello sandwich is usually greasier than i like but i get hankerings for it occasionally. I like that they often have special items to go with the seasons. one thing i'd like to note is that i've recently started to try avoiding wheat, rye, and barley products (gluten), so i hope they will consider having some gluten free bread on hand, but i understand that i'm in the vast minority here. it is a good place to get lunch with a friend or take-out for a picnic!

    (4)
  • Jon F.

Amazing sandwiches. I had the jack chicken. It was to incredibly moist and delicious. A friend had the pull pork torta, wow! A kick from the jalapeño but sooo worth it. Finally the flank steak sandwich, which is a hard cut to cook, perfectly well done. I highly recommend coming here.

    (5)
  • Reanna H.

Who knew that sandwiches could have such variety. You can't go wrong here. If it is a cold day a warm panini will hit the spot, if its hot the turkey avocado is my favorite.

    (5)
  • Grady O.

Yes, just yes! I have never had a bad sandwich here! And I am pretty sure I never will! Paninis are the way to go!

    (5)
  • Lynn B.

Great food! Good prices. Basic ambiance but a fun clientele. The flank steak torta had layers of flavor and I understand the pulled pork is exquisite.

  • Lisa L.

I loved lunch at Graze! It's a modern, green, friendly stop for fantastic sandwiches. I loved my portabella mushroom panini ($7.25) with roast red peppers, garlic, basil and provolone and the hubs enjoyed his hot pastrami ($8.95). As is the case with a lot of places in Walla Walla, you grab your own utensils and water. Great, affordable, high quality lunch in Walla Walla!

    (4)
  • Heidi N.

Delicious soup and tasty sandwiches. Sad I don't live closer to try more of their food. No hot drinks, and saw something once on the menu that wasn't there still by the time I go back since it rotates. Plan on going back.

  • Michael T.

Wow! Best BLTA with basil mayo and oven warmed sandwich I've ever partaken in!! The Roasted Pear Salad is a must!

  • Cameron B.

Hands down the best sandwiches in the Walla Walla valley, maybe the state. Graze is a contemporary restaurant that pairs artisan sandwiches with a whimsical interior space. The owners rely on bar stools fashioned from old wine barrels, a touch that along with sandwich inspired art on the walls creates a great dining space. They've recently configured their till to work using the ShopKeep app via an ipad - - a cool integration of technology that allows for quick selection of tip and the option for an email receipt. Graze is an inspiring restaurant that seems like it may be more at home in one of Seattle's neighborhoods, but nevertheless is wildly popular in Walla Walla. The Turkey Bacon Avocado is excellent, and the steak Torta is on the next level. A full selection of salads are also available as are numerous beer options including the Terminal Gravity line based out of Enterprise, OR. Graze is an awesome lunch spot, plus they cater!

  • Sandy L.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere! I had the spicy black bean soup and the cobb salad. Soup was tasty, but a little cold; still good. Cobb salad had nice portions of chicken breast AND flank steak (perfect medium). I'll probably return tomorrow for lunch again...

Looking for a great, healthy sandwich? Skip subway and come here. Hot Pepper jack chicken sandwich today with salad was delish!

This place has some delicious food-- It's true, though, it's more of the lunch-food variety (sandwiches and paninis, etc) stop, so if you're looking for a place to go for a sit-down dinner, well, it might not be what you're looking for. Then again, it might be worth trying! The food is really good, and although it's a small space, it does not feel too crowded once you're sitting and enjoying your meal. If you like lavender, try their Lavender soda in a bottle. My husband was grossed out by it, but I loved it! (They carry other neat drinks in their soda case, so don't forget to check it out, even if Lavender soda sounds over the top! ) The staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs, which says a lot to me about the place. Bottom line? Try it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

    (4)
  • Racer X.

Yum, yum, yum!. Wow, I have been here at least 10 times and every-time has been a bit...almost always a different items too. Very friendly staff too. When was the last time you were 10 for 10? Fresh food, creative food and designed by people that obviously care about FLAVOR! Better lunch place than dinner place. Just go!

  • Jenny R.

Good food. Good service. Will go again. I'd like a few more salad options.

The pear salad is excellent! I highly recommend this salad.

  • Josh S.

Had lunch here one day. My father-in-law and I both got their pastrami sandwich. It was really good. The meat was shaved pretty thin which is ok but I like a thicker cut. It is no Langer's Pastrami but a really great option in Walla Walla.

This is a decent place to get lunch. My husband and I got some creamy tomato soups and hot meat sandwiches, and they were pretty good.

Stopped in at Graze after the folks at Gramercy Cellars (great winery!) gave us a brownie from this great Walla Walla sandwich shop. The brownie was so good we decided to stop in the next day for take-out sandwiches to absorb the alcohol from a planned day of wine tasting. The girlfriend got a turkey, pear and blue cheese panini and I got a turkey and avocado sandwich. Sandwiches come with chips or a small salad. The girlfriend's panini was one of the best sandwiches I've ever tasted. The flavors were fantastic, and obviously the ingredients were fresh and high quality. My sandwich was also good, but not as good as the turkey, pear and blue cheese panini. This is a great lunch spot, or a place to get a boxed lunch to take wine tasting. Hopefully, we'll have time to go back tomorrow!

LOVE IT! They have the best Tomato soup EVER. I am NOT even a tomato soup fan, I have actually hated it for many years, but when I came in, the smell was just too great I had to give it a shot. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup, I cant wait for the cold weather so I can get some to-go!!!

My family tries to eat healthy, fresh, local food. Graze is all those things and more. I have eaten there several times, and the food has always been generous and DELICIOUS! I particularly like the steak and chimichuri sandwich or the vegetarian sandwich. My husband and son love the turkey and avocado sandwich. They also have yummy soda flavors in the cooler (i.e. lavender). The service is fast and friendly and $8 for a sandwich that is the best in Walla Walla is worth your time. In addition it is down the block from a superb patisserie.

The pastrami is a must have.. Great place to start an evening out with friends. Start at graze and head to Marcy's right up the block.

Great find for lunch! Not much in the way of decor but way makes up for it in the quality of the sandwiches! Pannini's were great.....especially the turkey on rosemary bread. Loved the old record player that you could select your on LP for your lunchtime tunes.

Awesome sandwhich! Had the roasted pear, blue cheese----SOOO GOOD! Went with hubby (chicken bacon ranch--he loved it) and in laws. BIL said his flank steak was the best sandwhich he'd ever had. Prone to exaggeration, maybe, but the sandwhiches were really tasty and I loved that you could get a little side salad instead of the chips. It was noisy and busy in the shop but that is part of the ambiance of the place. Loved the little rocking chairs out front while we waited for our sammys. Would definitely make it back to Graze next time we're wine tasting in WW!

Graze is mostly known for its catering business, but we haven't used them for that yet. This is a review of their sandwich shop located on Colville St. in downtown Walla Walla. It's a small shop, but very welcoming and they have toys and a great Stokke high chair for toddlers. The food is excellent. We've had the squash panini, Italian meats panini, meatball sandwich, pastrami sandwich and several kinds of soup, and everything has been fresh and tasty. Everyone there is really nice. They are usually preparing large orders for lunch, so I imagine lots of people who work in the downtown area order for their offices. I haven't had their cupcakes or cookies, but they look really appetizing. Sandwiches are $7-$11, so very reasonable for a good amount of food. If you haven't tried Graze yet and you are hungry between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm Mon-Sat, drop in a give them a try. You won't be disappointed and if you're like us, you'll keep going back.

Graze did the catering for our wedding on 9/19/2009 to rave reviews. We had to satisfy a large portion of vegetarians from the husband's SDA side of the family and John (one of the owners) really took the time and care to prepare a menu for us that worked for everyone. The food was fantastic, the presentation of the food pleasing, and the price reasonable. I would certainly recommend them for any event. It should also be noted that they opened a small-ish sandwich type shop across from the side entrance to macy's on Colville--the panini's will make you want to leave your spouse and runaway with them for a day or two. They're THAT good.

My favorite lunch spot in Walla Walla. The paninis are the best I've had, and the Cobb salad is my favorite anywhere. The people are nice, the prices are great, it's always clean, and they're big on recycling.

You decide if it's a good value. $11 for a not large Reuben with VERY small side salad and a soda. The food was good, food preparation quick (but the place was empty on a Sunday noon). The heat was too low, so it was cold inside. I would go back if I was feeling like money wasn't a concern or for a business lunch, but I thought it was great food, mediocre value.

Best sandwiches in Walla Walla, and hands down one of the best restaurants in town. You really can't go wrong with anything they have on the menu.

What a place! Try the turkey roasted pear sandwich! It is incredible. If you want an affordable, college town feel place to eat in walla walla, hit up graze! The people behind the counter are very friendly and chill.

This is a great place! I love there grilled sandwiches. I have also had there cold sandwiches which are also very fresh and filling. The two things that bother me are there prices a bit expensive for a sandwich and there side dishes that come with every sandwich are small. If you are getting a side get the chips there salads are a couple pieces of lettuce with a very over powering vinaigrette. But other than that the staff are always very helpful. The food is quick and of high quality! The atmosphere is relaxing and fresh. Good for lunch or a light dinner!

LOVE it! Portions aren't the biggest, but hey, neither is the price! A great local business that supports our community generously through gifts and gift certificates. GO GRAZE!

Tasty sandwich (grilled chicken and bacon) and salad (pear with candied cashews). The space feels modern, fresh and young. Staff was okay, not particularly friendly or enthusiastic to customers. Maybe because they were directing that energy toward each other... A worthy lunch spot, just off Main Street in downtown Walla Walla.

Portabella mushroom with avacado - no cheese, mmmm! I loved this sandwich with grilled bread. It was so good!!! This is a fun little sandwich shop.

Been here twice now when I'm in town on business. Great little cafe and the Price/food ratio is excellent. I'll second the portabella mushroom panini! Delicious. Told the owner about how I found her little place on Yelp and she didn't have a clue about what this is all about. Place has been packed both times, but I've always found a seat. They play vinyl records in the background although when it's busy it's a noisy place. Obviously a local hangout for the folks downtown. Can't go wrong here. Eat up!

Really good sandwiches. Veg options. Great soup. The potato chips are homemade and so good. Kid friendly, simple place to go. Not too expensive. We'll go again!

Best Sandwiches in Walla Walla! Haven't had better pastrami since leaving the east coast and their panini sandwiches rock. It can be busy at lunch time as previously stated, but when you want fresh local ingredients prepared with love, isn't it worth the wait? (You could always call ahead if need be... they deliver too!)

I keep trying to branch out from the Flank Steak sandwich and have only been able to break away a few times. The other sandwiches were also great and if the Flank Steak sandwich didn't exist, these other ones would probably have a chance. It's busiest around the lunch hour so be prepared if you're on a short lunch break. Dinner time is a little more relaxed (and there's beer!)

Excellent choice! Saw the reviews, read through them and gave it a shot. Told lady behind counter (who I think might be the owner) about Yelp and why I was there because of it and she hadn't heard about it. Anyways, tried the portabella panini with a salad and a beer. Delicious! Lots of locals, lots of friendly conversation. Small, cozy, but clean and friendly. Good hangout. Oh, and they play LP's on a record player even!

I travel a lot, and was really tired of restaurant food. I had never been to Graze before, and actually wanted to stop by the pizza joint that had been in the same place. I was so pleased to have a wonderful grilled pear salad on really nice lettuce that looked local. It so rocked! I'd give it five if it had air conditioning and some flooring - it was 90 degrees and hot. It was so loud in there and three women were yelling and laughing. The decibles were uncomfortable with cement flooring. Loved the food thought - thanks!

Whoa! Delicious paninis with salad or soup for a very affordable price. Cute little gig! Food comes in baskets but wine comes in real glasses! We liked it a lot...went two days in arow :) Great lunch place.

Everything here is made and prepared in house. The blue cheese pear salad is a smooth delight! I've feasted on all of their sandwiches and they are glorious! The soups are filling and there is always at least one that is vegetarian. Their sandwiches change with the seasons, as they incorporate fresh, local, and organic ingredients. Eat it.

Fresh, healthy food with lots of vegetarian friendly choices. Downright cheap for the quality of food. Very friendly service. No frills, but everything that counts is here.

Absolutely delicious! Just what my husband and I were looking for. Prices were on point for the large size sandwiches. The ingredients and breads were high quality. The staff was friendly and the wait wasn't too long. Decor was simple but fit the style. It was nice to see a place recycling bottle and cans. The old school record player with lp's was great! We will definitely make the hour drive to eat there again in the future.

The people are friendly (although that's sort of a given in WW) and the sandwiches are excellent. I don't know what they put on the turkey bacon panini but it is incredible. They have a decent beer and wine selection for a sandwich shop. Now if they only offered potato salad instead of coleslaw, I'd never want to go anywhere else. :-)

I saw the other review and he has a good point, but the Pastrami is just head and shoulders above the Flank Steak sandwich. The Flank Steak is my second favorite in town and it is nice to be able to go to the same place for both. This place was great when it opened and the tweaks they are making are taking it to a higher level by the week. In short, if you like sandwiches, go to Graze.

The wife and I eat out way too much for the limited number of decent places to way in WallyWorld. The wife is not a fan of sandwiches, however Graze may change that. Both the steak and the pastrami were fantastic, all very "home style". We shall return!

Graze is amazing. My friend and I go to lunch frequently and graze is always very yummy. There is a lot of garlic on the panini's but it is not overpowering!
